Meet one of our pastry vendor, Kim Gregory – Pure Pastry of Beverly MA. Her emphasis is “that ingredients matter” and tasting good and being good for you is a winning combination. Her pastries are low in sugar and fat, and as organic and non-GMO as possible. She has gluten-free, nut-free, and even egg-free recipes for people with food allergies. Being gluten-free doesn’t negate tastiness, try one and that they are delicious! The video below tells her story.
