Our second market day of the 2019 season will see Wright-Locke Farm and Warner Farms coming with their fresh produce. It’s been a wet Spring so much of the growing season has been delayed. The other farmers (EL Silvia and Lanni Orchards will be bringing fresh produce at this market on June 22nd. We have some new vendors: Honest Scoop will be serving healthy ice cream free of major food allergens – and is perfect for summer, Ledgenear Farm is here with their Vermont organic maple syrup (They will be coming once a month so grab a few bottles).
A new fun experience for the market is our ‘What’s Cooking At The Market” where a local chef will tour the market vendor and create nice seasonal dishes – farm to table recipes at the market.
This week we are pleased to have JJ Gonson of Award Winning Cuisine en Locale Catering will focus on asparagus dishes. She will start her tour of the market at about 10:30am and the demo will be at 11:30am. JJ Gonson does catering and personal chef.
